Die CHAMAELEO

Under this genus name, the AG Chameleons hides a small but fine specialised journal. Originally launched in the early 1990s as a bulletin for the members of the AG, CHAMELEO has since developed into a magazine for everything to do with chameleons. Currently, one issue is published annually.

Members of the AG Chameleons receive CHAMAELEO free of charge by post. All articles from the last issues can be read online, sorted by topic. The only exception is the latest issue, which can only be read here next year. So if you always want to be up to date, become a member of the AG Chameleons.

Do you have an idea for an article?

Then feel free to contact us! Whether it’s a husbandry report, a small note, instructions on how to breed feeders, success in breeding chameleons, or experience with certain techniques – we are happy to receive anything that can be reported by our members. CHAMAELEO also publishes smaller studies or travel reports on chameleon habitats. Just write to us if you have an idea. We will be happy to help you with text editing and proofreading, also with translating (English articles will usually be published in English and German). Submitted texts do not have to adhere to any formatting – the editors will take care of that.

For photos, a resolution of 300 dpi would be fine. If you only have lower-resolution pictures, please contact us anyway. So far we have always found a good solution! If you like, you can leave your name and email address on the right. We will then contact you as soon as we are planning a new CHAMELEO.
